Tell Us What You Have in Mind

Fill in our commission inquiry form — it takes about 5 minutes. Tell us about the art form you love, the size you need, the colours that speak to you, the occasion it is for, and your budget. Upload any reference images if you have them. The more you share, the better we can match you.

We Find Your Perfect Artist

Our team reviews your brief and identifies the artist best suited to your vision — based on their speciality, style, and availability. We will reach out within 24 to 48 hours to confirm the match and discuss any further details.

Approve the Concept

Before the artist puts brush to canvas, we share a sketch or concept for your approval. This is your opportunity to make adjustments — to the composition, the colours, or any other detail. We do not proceed until you are completely happy.

The Artist Creates Your Painting

Once approved, the artist begins work. Depending on the complexity of the piece, creation takes between two and six weeks. We keep you updated throughout the process, and share progress photographs along the way.

Delivered to Your Door, Worldwide

When the painting is complete and has passed our quality check, we carefully pack it and dispatch it to your address — anywhere in the world. Every shipment is insured and fully tracked.

How is the painting priced?
The artist sets the price for their work. We add a transparent service fee that covers coordination, quality checking, packaging, and support. You receive a clear breakdown before committing.
How long does it take?
Most commissions take 4 to 8 weeks from brief to delivery. Creation takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on size and complexity. Shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days.
What if I want changes?
One round of revisions is included at the sketch/concept stage. Once you have approved the concept and painting begins, we cannot make significant changes — so we take the approval stage seriously.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 50 countries. All international shipments are fully insured and tracked, with customs documentation handled by us.
Can I request a specific artist?
Yes. If you have seen an artist's work and would like to commission them specifically, let us know in your inquiry. We will do our best to accommodate the request, subject to the artist's availability.
How do corporate bulk orders work?
For bulk orders of five or more paintings, we offer dedicated coordination, priority artist matching, and customised packaging. Contact us directly with your requirements and we will put together a tailored proposal.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payment details are shared at the time of commission confirmation. We use secure, encrypted payment channels. You will receive a written confirmation and invoice for every transaction.
